Teresa Barbara Kozlowski, born October 2nd, 1937 was reunited with her soulmate, Stanley E. Kozlowski at Heaven's Gate on Tuesday, September 1, 2015. Teresa never met a stranger and was a friend to all. She was a longtime member of Holy Family Cathedral where (prior to her extended health battles) she served as an extraordinary minister and assisted with Vacation Bible School. She was a compassionate and diligent advocate of the downtrodden, regularly opening her home to serve holiday banquets to the homeless, praying with cashiers and fellow shoppers at the store and always had a quick-witted joke.

In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Eva Englert; two sisters, Jerry Hall Englert Rush and Rebecca C. Englert. She is survived by her loving sister, Kathie (Greg) Slief of Tulsa; six exceptional children and their spouses: Stan Kozlowski (Kay) of Friendswood, TX; Eva Chancellor (Dwight) of Catoosa, OK; Larry Kozlowski of Tulsa, OK; Rebecca Serdinsky (Erik) of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA; Katy Gonzales (David) of Ft. Leonard Wood, MO; and Jennifer White (Rob) of Kyle, TX. She will be greatly missed by 19 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, many awesome nieces and nephews; and anyone reading this because everyone was family to her.

Contributions in lieu of flowers should be made to Holy Family School, Catholic Charities, or The Heifer Foundation.

Rosary will be held at 7 p.m., Friday, September 11, 2015 at Fitzgerald Ivy Chapel and Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 12, 2015 at Holy Family Cathedral with interment immediately following at Calvary Cemetery, 91st and Harvard Ave.FITZGERALD IVY CHAPEL 918-585-1151
