It is with deep sorrow that we announce that on April 13, 2026, Theodore F. Bullinger III, of Broken Arrow, OK, passed from this life. He was 78 years old.

Ted was born on July 6, 1947, in Austin, TX. After graduating from Edison High School in 1965, he served his country as a Sergeant in the US Air Force from 1968 to 1972. Ted graduated from the University of Tulsa in 1976 with a BS degree in Business Marketing. He was a devout Catholic and long-time member of Church of the Madalene in Tulsa, OK. A business owner for 35 years, he was also a devoted son and father, an avid photographer, amateur astronomer, guitar player, and fly fisherman.

He leaves behind his three children: Scott (Lisa) Bullinger, Heather (Travis) Butler, Shawn (Christa) Bullinger, and eight grandchildren: Cailley (Kyle), Aidan, Nate, Grace, Grant, Rylan, Finn, Isabella, and one great grandchild, August.

Ted was preceded in death by his father, Theodore F. Bullinger, in 2017, his best friend and brother Steven R. Bullinger in 2022. His mother, Kathryn Bullinger, passed peacefully on April 24, 2026. He is survived by his sister, Susan (Danny) Clark.

A funeral Mass will be held for Ted and his mother, Kathryn Bullinger, on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Church of the Madalene, followed by inurnment with military honors at Calvary Cemetery, with a reception to follow at Fitzgerald's family room adjacent to the cemetery. A rosary for both Ted and Kay will be held Friday, May 8th at 7 p.m. at Church of the Madalene, 3188 E. 22nd St., Tulsa.
