Thomas Edward Kalla (Tom-Ed), was born in Heidelberg, Germany, June 8, 1977. He went through school in the DODDS system in Mannheim, Germany, and then on to South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. He earned a bachelor's degree in computer science and had completed course work for a master's.
Tommy was preceded in death by his dad, Tom, Uncle Jerry Kalla and Cousin Ben Pike. Tommy is survived by; Mom Carolyn, brother Matthew, sister-in-law Katie, sister Laura Lozon and brother-in-law Sky, 24 aunts and uncles, 37 cousins, 5 nieces, 1 nephew and 1 Goddaughter. He was a loving son, brother, nephew, cousin, uncle, godfather and friend.
Visitation and rosary 7:00 P.M., Thursday, Fitzgerald Southwood Chapel, Tulsa, and the funeral mass 10:00 A.M. Friday, St. Benedict Catholic Church. Donations may be made to: Neuro-Oncology Branch, National Cancer Institute.
