KELSEY, Timothy James, passed away June 26, 2012 in Tulsa, OK. He is survived by; parents, Jim and Theresa Kelsey, Tulsa, OK; brothers, Kenneth P. Kelsey, Henryetta,OK, Kevin R. Kelsey, Albuquerque, NM; and sister, Dolores M. Kelsey, Tulsa, OK. A memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 30, 2012 at Church of the Resurrection.
