This achievement proves that Education was a core value for her, a value she has passed down for generations to come. She taught as a professor for many years at the Universidad de la Cantuta. Victoria's dedication to education went beyond the classroom, as she cherished the opportunity to teach in any setting. Her commitment to furthering the education of others was unwavering, reflecting her belief in the transformative power of knowledge.

Victoria's love for her family was matched only by her devotion to the church. Whether in Chosica, Peru, or Tulsa, Oklahoma, she was an active and engaged member of her church community. Her efforts helped pioneer bilingual mass at Resurrection Church. She also began the teaching of the sacraments to many generations of the Spanish community. Victoria sought to share the word of God with others, and her tireless efforts continued until her final days. Her strong-willed nature, manifested in the most positive and uplifting ways and brought comfort and security to those fortunate enough to know her.
