Virginia Faye Van Noy Seibert, of Tulsa , OK , died Friday Sept 24, 2010 at home. She was born March 11, 1924 in Hannibal MO , daughter of Nathan and Annetta Van Noy and grew up in Jacksonville , Ill. She married Lloyd Miller Seibert, Jr., June 28, 1945. She was preceded in death by her husband; her son, Lloyd Miller Seibert III, in Tulsa; her sister Helen
Van Noy Evans and her brother, John Kelsey Van Noy, both of Jacksonville, Ill.
Ginny was an avid bowler, loved to travel, was an enthusiastic member of the Tulsa Audubon Society, and upon retiring from the family floral business moved to their home on Grand Lake . Ginny was one of the founding members of the Grand Lake Audubon Society in Grove, OK.
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia L. Seibert, Tulsa; her granddaughter Shelley Seibert Johnston; great grandchildren Andrew and Sydney Johnston, Sapulpa, OK; nieces Kathy Evans Cooper, Thomasville, GA; Carrie A. Van Noy, Jacksonville, Ill; nephews J.D. Evans, St. Louis, MO and Ronald F. Van Noy, Jacksonville, Ill.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at Fitzgerald Ivy Chapel from Noon until 8 p.m. Her Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at Fitzgerald Ivy Chapel, 1402 S. Boulder. Fr. Jack Gleason will be officiating.
Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.
