Obituary
Wanda Lou (Warder) Perkins, born April 27, 1930, in Kansas, Oklahoma, died September 15, 2017, in Bartlesville, at the age of 87.
The daughter of Earl and Merrill (Brickey) Warder, Wanda graduated from Locust Grove High School in 1947. She married Stanley Walter Perkins on January 11, 1952. She worked for Southwestern Bell and then AT&T, retiring after many years.
Wanda is survived by a son, Steve Perkins, and daughter-in-law, Jackie Perkins; grandchildren, Paige and Heston Perkins, Josh DeGroot, Robert Ross, and Rachel (Zach) Hammock; sisters, Helen (Paul) Bynum, Earline Day, and Kathryn Mauldin; brother, Earl (Susan) Warder; and a special couple, Kristy and Keith Ross. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Stanley; and daughter, Rhonda Perkins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to The Journey Home, 3406 S.E. Kentucky Ave, Bartlesville, OK 74006.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, September 18th, and a Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, September 19th, both at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E 51st Street, in Tulsa. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
