Obituary
Wendy M. Ekstrand (Regouby) (age 33) died peacefully December 29, 2015 in Bentonville, Arkansas after an 18 month battle against brain cancer.
We will miss Wendy's smile. We will always remember her courage and love for life, family and friends.
Wendy is survived by husband, Dan; parents, Steve and Denise Regouby; sisters, Susie (Greg) Baxter and Lynnette Regouby, and many relatives and friends whom she loves dearly.
Wendy was born on September 2, 1982 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She graduated from Memorial High School and Oklahoma State University. She married Daniel Ekstrand in 2012 and moved to Bella Vista, Arkansas.
Wendy loved stuffed animals. In lieu of flowers, the family requests you bring to the funeral or send a stuffed animal to Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel. Your gift will surround Wendy as we say goodbye and then be donated to a local Hospice for gifting to those who are struggling in their last days.
A funeral is scheduled for 11 a.m. on January 8, 2016 at Central Church of the Nazarene, 7291 E 81st St. Tulsa OK 74133, with visitation from 10:00 – 10:45 a.m. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Wendy's life.
