William "Buddy" Lee Speir, age 35, died on October 24, 2021, in Tulsa, OK surrounded by loved ones.
Buddy was born on October 1, 1986, in Tulsa, Ok to parents Bobby and Kay Speir.
He was the oldest of two children and just like all siblings he loved to pester his sissy Camille.
He graduated from Memorial High School in the class of 2008, he was a participant of Little Sneakers and the Special Olympics
Buddy loved to go to Mass, eat cake, have his head and neck rubbed, eat, go to the mall, eat cake, truck rides, eat, amusement parks, eat cake, going with dad to play golf, eat cake, hanging out with "CCOOAACCHH", eat, absolutely loved his family and all his girlfriends, OH and can't forget EAT CAKE.
He was the type of person who would make an impression on everyone who crossed paths with him, he was truly ONE OF A KIND. He loved everyone he met and never knew the meaning of hate.

He is preceded in death by his great grandmother, Kathrine McFarland, grandmother- Frances Pankey, grandmother- Viola Speir, and several aunts and uncles.
He is survived by his parents, Bobby and Kay Speir, sissy, Camille Speir/McFarland, many bonus brothers and sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
