Wyatt Leo Phillips Jr. was born on April 1st, 1944 in Atlanta, GA and died on July 8th, 2025 at age 81 in Tulsa, OK.

Wyatt was born to parents Wyatt Leo Phillips Sr. and Vernon O'Sheal Phillips. He graduated from Grady High School as the co-president of the student body in the class of 1962, then furthered his education by attending Georgia Tech and then Georgia State.

On April 15th 1967, he married Carol Ann O'Conner Phillips in Atlanta, GA.
In 1976, he moved to Tulsa, OK and accepted a position at QuikTrip and later became Vice President of Marketing, where he worked for more than 23 years.

Wyatt was dedicated to his family, friends and hard work all of his life. He enjoyed golf, fishing, hunting, cars, building and engineering. His family and friends will always remember him as loyal, honest, generous, and a protector, who always tried to do the right thing.

He is survived by his wife, Carol, his sister, Becky, his sons Conner and Ryan, his grandkids, Zoe, Reagan, Cale, Emma, Gage and Cat, Little Kitty.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Wyatt Leo Sr. and Vernon Phillips.

The viewing is scheduled for Wednesday, July 16, 2025 from 6 - 8 pm located at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel ( 3612 E. 91st St Tulsa, OK 74136 ). The funeral is scheduled for Thursday, July 17, 2025 at 10 am at the same location. In lieu of flowers we ask that you send memorial donations to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (PFF).
